Personal Calendar showing All Day events as one day earlier than they are

Expected or Desired Behavior

When displaying "All Day" events from my calendar they should show the correct day

Observed Behavior

All Day events are showing on the day before the actual day of the event. If I have an All Day event for Friday 6/25, it starts showing on Thursday and the date shown is Thursday 6/24. Then on Friday it still shows and says it is on Thursday 6/24.

Steps to Reproduce

Add an all day event to your calendar and then add the Personal Calendar web part to a SharePoint page.

Thank you. This is a bug with the MGT 2.2.1. Upgrading to 2.3.1 will resolve this issue. Thank you for spotting the issue.

All day events are now shown with the correct date. However, when I only want to show today events, alle day events from the next day are also shown... other events from the next day aren't shown as expected.
