Microsoft 365 Starter Kit - Ideas, feedback, input - what would that contain
Your input would be more than welcome
SharePoint Starter Kit was initially launch back in SPC 2018 and it has been a great resource on showing how to build modern SharePoint portals and extensibility for both SharePoint and more recently for Microsoft Teams (with SPFx). We want to do a refresh for this reference solution and would love your input in comments on what would be needed from end user, administration and developer perspective.
Think about follow questions and give us input on them as comments on this issue - so that we define objectives for the next steps:
- What kind of capabilities should Microsoft 365 Starter Kit demonstrate? - Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Portal embedding, Azure automation, Bot Framework etc.
- What kind of guidance we should have for end users potentially using this kind of end-to-end solution?
- What kind of guidance, scripts or other assets we should have for administrators?
- What would an ideal Microsoft 365 Starter Kit package have?
- What's the one thing which you always wanted Microsoft to provide for Microsoft 365 side, but they never did?
- If there would be infinite resources - how would a reference solution for Microsoft 365 look like? - what would that contain, what are the questions it would provide answer or guidance?
We do not yet have explicit plans for this, but would highly appreciate your input on telling us what's needed for you to be successful with Microsoft 365 extensibility and other areas.
Thanks for your input advance. Sharing is caring!
Best regards, Vesa Juvonen Microsoft
