What's in this Pull Request?

This project is a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) WebPart that displays a set of quick links fetched from a SharePoint list. The quick links are displayed with icons and titles in a responsive grid layout.

@hugoabernier, could you please clarify why 'Quick Links Grid' Webpart is not available on https://pnp.github.io/sp-dev-fx-webparts/? Am I missing any steps?

It'll show up on adoption.microsoft.com first. We have a big with the individual browser that we're working to fix.

The 'SPFx Web Part: Quick Links Grid' is currently visible in Microsoft Adoption but not yet available in the PnP Gallery. Could you please verify?
