Accessibility Issue in RichText Editor "Font Color" and "Highlight color"

Keyboard users will be impacted if Focus does not retain on the "Font Color" and "Highlight color" controls after closing their respective dialogs. They have to do extra navigation to reach the control again which will hamper their task. Also, if the focus order is not logical, then user will not be able to understand the order of the elements being navigated which leads to confusion. This will confuse cognitive users also.

Actual Result: Focus does not retain on the "Font Color" and "Highlight color" controls after closing their respective dialogs.

Expected Result: Focus should retain on the "Font Color" and "Highlight color" controls after closing their respective dialogs.

Please see attached screenshot when selecting the color after selection focus is going outside of Text formatting panel and it never accessible again when i keep pressing tab
