LivePersona does not show hover in Teams Mobile

Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

LivePersona is expected to show the hover card in every scenario: SharePoint (browser) desktop/mobile, Teams desktop/web/mobile.

Observed Behavior

LivePersona does not show hover card when run Teams Mobile (Android, iOS). The control works fine in web/desktop versions of Teams. It also works ok in SharePoint pages in browsers both on desktops and on mobiles. There are errors ApiError from spserviceworker.js, and the number of errors seems related to the number of LivePersona control instances rendered.

Steps to Reproduce

Create SPFx webpart that uses LivePersona control. Create Teams app with static tab that uses the spfx component. Deploy SPFx app, deploy Teams app. Run the app in Teams Mobile and see LivePersona does not show hover card.
