Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

When an image is added using the image icon tool in the Rich Text component, if the image is larger than the rich text editor's container, it is resized and contained within it's container while in edit mode. But when the page is viewed and is not in edit mode the image will render at it's original size. So the behaviour in edit mode doesn't match the way appears when published.

Observed Behavior

An image which is wider than the Rich Text components container will render at it's original size within the container, but without overflow. Additionally, the tools which allow you to edit the width and height of the image and apply styling to it seem to appear randomly and infrequently when the image is double clicked on and even when it does, the width, height etc will not save.
