spfx-controls-react: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'call')

Hello, I get this error when I try to use all controls except WebPartTitle and Placeholder: [SPLoaderError.loadComponentError]: ***Failed to load component "6ac657b4-924c-4182-9eba-7f6dacc68b22" . Versions: spfx-controls-react version: 1.21.1 SPFx: 1.4 SharePoint 2019 onPrem.

Any idea please?
