Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

I wanted to have an option to open a link in same or new tab.

Observed Behavior

Current Rich text editor has only option to add link and its text.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. have Rich Text editor component - https://pnp.github.io/sp-dev-fx-controls-react/controls/RichText/
  2. Click on the link part, that will pops up a dialog box with the option of Address and Text. For reference: I marked link option with yellow marker.
