Update samples for product renames with aliases

• Update samples where product has been renamed, e.g. Entra ID, SharePoint Premium
• Seek logos from MS
• Update the filters and generator for these name changes
• Finally update (with a way to alias the product) the samples themselves so it can be searched for

This is likely to be a large update. Keep this issue up to date with whom is working on what.
