Page Transformation (ConvertTo-PnPPage) – Images not added to Text web part when page is modernized

Images that currently exist within the content area of classic pages are being added to Modern Image web parts instead of the Text web part with the remaining page content.

Microsoft released an update within the past year that allows images to be added in the Modern Text web part.

The current functionality of the page transformation process forces all pages to be edited after the modernization if the page contains images that should reside in the text area, not in a separate web part.
