What's in this Pull Request?
This PR includes the initial release of the solution with the custom connector for creating POST request to the Azure OpenAI service. As well this PR includes two Environment Variables that store parameters needed for the Custom Connector. Additionally, the PR includes the README file that describes how to import the solution to use in flows or apps this custom connector.
