Add ability to select Field groups to be saved in site template

This PR adds a property SiteFieldGroupsToInclude to ProvisioningTemplateCreationInformation, which allows specifying groups of site fields to be extracted to a site template (in a similar fashion as ContentTypeGroupsToInclude works).
