Unknown Error -2146233088 Pnp Provisioning Template

I am try to apply Provisioning template to SharePoint online team site. I have created different templates for different schemas of sites. While I am applying Site Fields template I got an error for duplicate site column so I have modified the template and removed duplicate columns from the template using CSOM Code. Now I am facing error: image
