Unable to install PnP.PowerShell, keep getting Exception error

This repository is for PnP Framework, not PnP.PowerShell (it's a bit of a mixed bag because we're also the backend of PnP.PowerShell) - I would assume the issue however is that you're running Windows PowerShell - PnP.PowerShell requires PowerShell v7.4.0 or greater.
