Provision fail for Ingest custom API data using TypeScript, Node.js and Teams Toolkit for Visual Studio Code

We created the sample in TTK.

provision into azure: when runs on Linux OS to execute "teamsapp provision --env dev" would cause error. Windows OS works fine.
