Feature request: Add support for meeting extensions

Would be nice to add the capabilities for creating meeting extensions using the generator (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/apps-in-teams-meetings/design/designing-apps-in-meetings) so that the developing meeting extensions gets easier
