Angular Elements missing from framework options
More of a question than issue, but according to your documentation, @pnp/spfx should have Angular Elements as a framework option.
Has support for Angular Elements removed?
I am currently using version 1.8.1
Edit: It appears that Angular Elements is only supported in SharePoint 2019 and onward, what are the implications for not allowing 2016?
@adixon501 thank you for reporting this issue. Are you referring to this documentation?
This could be an issue in the yeoman configuration or we had to remove it because there was some issue with the SPFx 1.1.0 still uses.
I am going to reevaluate this.
When running yo @pnp/spfx, and you choose SharePoint 2016, Angular Elements is not an option in the cli. I was wondering why Angular Elements was not available for 2016.
Reevaluate in this case meant to see if it is working at all. There were some changes on the pages and in the framework that haven’t worked together with Angular Elements.
