OneDrive QuickStart Upload Files module is missing info on step 1

Describe the bug

In the "Get Started with OneDrive" -> "OneDrive Quick Start" playlist, the very first step under "Use OneDrive in your browser" is empty.

To Reproduce

Open Learning Pathways Click on Get started with OneDrive Click on OneDrive Quick Start The first module is Upload files Step 1 is completely blank.

Expected behavior

There should be a value for end users in Step 1.

Learning Pathways version number

Version number unknown as I don't have access to this info, but LP was just created and installed in the tenant 3 weeks ago by a tenant admin.

@jhwang-ms this is a content issue. The SMC page is correct
