Add alias for `spo site list`

Currently, the command spo site list lists all sites, as admin. Since we try to group all admin-related commands under the spo tenant group, let's move this command over there as well. To improve discoverability, let's add a spo site list alias for the command.

Tasks:

  • [ ] Rename spo site list to spo tenant site list
  • [ ] Add a permanent alias spo site list
