New sample script: Send an e-mail and Teams Notification to a DevOps Team

Description The idea of the script is to show how you could send the output of a script to a DevOps Team. Take any output you like and generate a CSV that you will send as an attachment to an e-mail (DevOps Team). Show also how you can create an Incoming Webhook in teams and send the script output as an adaptive card.
