Write upgrade guidance for v6

Because v6 introduces a number of breaking changes, we have to publish upgrade guidance that explains what changed and what people need to update in their scripts to use v6. See for example: https://pnp.github.io/cli-microsoft365/v5-upgrade-guidance/
