Can we apply this at a subsite level

When the enable-responsiveui PS is run, the scripts are loaded to the style library and all sites and subsites are updated. Is it possible to restrict the subsites in which it gets affected? In case some of them have any issues with the JS and css override?

Currently, the Custom Action had a Site Scope, that means all webs and sub webs are impacted by this custom action.

If you want to change this behavior, you can't use the script provided by PnP-Tools or PnP-Sites-Core, you have to create your own script of deployment with a Web scope. If you do this, you have to keep in mind that for each existing and new sub webs you have to run your script to enable this custom action.

By the way, create a script to create a custom action with a Web scope is easy.
