Issue with Responsive UI

I have installed SharePoint UI(http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/implement-responsive-ui-in-sharepoint-2016/) To make my site responsive. the feature successfully gets activated but my site is not responsive on mobile phone.

if you have Mobile Browser View site feature enabled, disable it and your site will become responsive.
