Logo getting stretched on tablet mode

The logo gets stretched on tablet mode. This had previously been fixed by pull request https://github.com/SharePoint/PnP-Tools/pull/58

You can see the history of line 430 has been reverted from max-height to height, reintroducing this bug - https://github.com/SharePoint/PnP-Tools/blame/master/Solutions/SharePoint.UI.Responsive/SP-Responsive-UI.css#L430
