[BUG] Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate : A duplicate field name - IgnoreDuplicateDataRowErrors

Environment

[x] Office 365 / SharePoint Online [ ] SharePoint 2016 [ ] SharePoint 2013

Expected or Desired Behavior

When executing a command like this: Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate -Path "<Folder location>" -ClearNavigation -IgnoreDuplicateDataRowErrors we expected the apply template to run untill everthing is applied.

Observed Behavior

When we apply a PnP provisiong template, it stops when a field already exists. The duplicate field errors should be ignored We tried to set the parameter "IgnoreDuplicateDataRowErrors" but this is not helping.

Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate : A duplicate field name "ProjectName" was found. at run.ps1: line 149 + Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate + _____________________________ + CategoryInfo : WriteError: (:) [Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate], ServerException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : EXCEPTION,SharePointPnP.PowerShell.Commands.Provisioning.Site.ApplyProvisioningTemplate
