How to set footer labels with Provisioning Schema?

I was able to set the footer links with the provisioning schema

pnp:FooterLinks <pnp:FooterLink DisplayName="Test" Url="https://www.google.de" /> </pnp:FooterLinks>

How can i set a label as in the UI?
