html-formatter-generator online version is broken

Sample (which sample are you having trouble with) - html-formatter-generator

What Should Happen - online sample tool should load and be functional

What Actually Happens - site looks to be broken during the last few days, was working beautifully

looks like - the CSS and images are no longer found

In the meantime, I was able to get this installed and running locally so I could use it, but only after making the following changes to package/installation:

+-- [email protected] +-- [email protected]

As of today monaco-editor didn't install at all but was required, and the monaco-editor-webpack-plugin version which was originally installed was 2.1.0 which broke the app.

I'm also seeing issues with the "HTML Formatter" tool linked on https://pnp.github.io/List-Formatting/tools/ Either these files are missing or the paths to those files is in correct because I'm seeing lots of HTTP 404s: Tagging @codepwner since I saw him last update the associated README.md file
