Form Sample Ribbon Header - only displays title in side panel but not when opened from embedded list

In testing out the ribbon header sample I noticed that the title displays nicely in header if the form is directly opened from list and opens in side panel. However when form is opened through direct link in browser or from an embedded list in a page, the title no longer appears since it no longer is a form, but a page

Is there a way to make the title display in header even in item "page"?

Hi @VictKat .

I tried it on my end and the ribbon shows the Title column value correctly.

Is the Title column displayed in the body of the form? To display a column value in the header, you must display that column in the body.

I do not have it in the body since I use it as a hidden field that gets calculated. It shows properly in the side panel form, just not in list. I will give it a try, though I was hoping to leave that field read only and not visible for users in the form other than through the header.
