Draft: update gray-scott example to use paraview catalyst with fides

@chuckatkins @pnorbert I've updated the Gray Scott example to use ParaView Catalyst with Fides. The changes aren't merged into ParaView master yet, so in the readme I explain how to get the correct branches for running this for now.
