Death Messages / Score Board

When someone is killed there's no popup or status saying that someone's been killed you just see the death, there's also no global score board.

These are some things I'd like to add to the game.

With the new D3D hooks this should be more of a possibility, if I go back and look at the old tlib stuff I should also be able to find the internal text buffer the game uses in order to display "player killed x".
