Random Death/Damage Crash

There's a crash on death that seems to occur at random, I believe it's related to the DamagePlayer hooks or KillPlayer hooks I haven't done proper investigation around it but should.

Experienced this at the end of the game a few times just after killing the player, haven't seen it with non-networked games while simply killing dummy players so if there is a damage and or death crash it's possible it's related to network hooks/code.
