I’d love to show the names of everyone who’s contributed translations right inside the plugin.
I’ve noticed that the new version of the plugin already has localization support. People can use the existing English Json file as a base to translate it into their own language and submit their contributions via PR. So I’d really like to display the usernames of everyone who’s contributed directly in the plugin.

I would like to add that one shall name his/hers translated .json file like the corresponding Notepad++ language XML file name (https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus/tree/master/PowerEditor/installer/nativeLang), just with extension .json instead of .xml.

I'll consider your suggestion but just to clarify: You imagine translator's name to appear as his/hers username (@NianBroken in your case)?
Yes, what I have in mind is that when people use German, it shows next to the language option that the translation was provided by KristjanESPERANTO; when they use Chinese, it shows next to the language option that the translation was provided by nianbroken. And it would work the same way for the other languages.

The plugin language is selected implicitly with Notepad++ language selection so there is no language option in the plugin itself. Besides, I don't want to distract the users with too much 'side' information so my proposal is to add a link to a list of translation contributors that will be accessible via the About dialog and the list itself will be added as a .md file in the plugin source repository.
