Clear Active Compare toolbar button gets stuck in disabled/enabled state after dark mode theme change

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select Follow Windows in Settings > Dark Mode.
2. Change default app theme from Windows Settings > Personalization > Colors. This will trigger Notepad++ to also change its color theme.
3. Compare stuff using ComparePlus.
4. Observe that Clear Active Compare button in toolbar being stuck in disabled state while comparing something.
5. Observe that clicking Plugins > ComparePlus > Clear Active Compare from menubar working fine.

The toolbar button gets stuck in whatever state it was in while theme change happens meaning that if theme change happens while it was enabled, it will stay enabled.

@ahmetsait , I confirm I can observe the issue myself but honestly I have no idea what might be causing it currently. I'll flag it as a bug and known issue for now as it is not critical. Thanks for filling the issue.
