Show Only Matches (Hide Diffs)

I use this program unlike programmers - I compare different files to find similarities (mostly notes that I duplicated) and erase/deduplicate them. Therefore a button for showing only matches, and/or arrow buttons to see First/Previous/Next/Last Match would be useful. I am not aware of any program that has such functionality.

Interesting use-case, I'll consider adding such functionality but it will require lots of changes so I can't promise anything. BR

Diffs hiding functionality implemented and will be available in the next ComparePlus version (coming soon).

NOTE: Navigation commands (arrows) to visit the next/previous matching section is not implemented. If you still need it please open a separate enhancement suggestion ticket to have it logged but I probably won't have much time working on it as there are a lot of other tasks with higher priority.
