Sadly I can confirm that this issue still isn't fixed in 25209. (Please re-open it)... I wasn't able to update App with or without it hidden from 25206, so uninstalled...

Also interesting is that as with 25208, stub version (now v35) no longer shows when App is hidden using stub... I'm not sure if this is an intended change...
