Cordova Build Error

When performing the project build I am encountering the following error:

cp: copyFileSync: could not write to dest file (code = ENOENT): D: \ development \ mobileui \ photoSelling \ platforms \ android \ res \ xml \ config.xml

Unhandled "error" event. (Parsing D: \ development \ mobileui \ photoSelling \ platforms \ android \ res \ xml \ config.xml failed)
