Migrate improved WindowID enum names from dx

https://github.com/bates64/papermario-dx/pull/66/commits/f85b8a5115b995ba4e5224522d1d28041d0100dd renamed all the WindowIDs, but this is not reflected upstream (here). This commit cannot be cherrypicked because it introduces nonmatching changes
