Improve readme

Hello, @drbrain @pmq20 ruby-packer is very cool project, thanks. I would like to help some people understand working with this tool. I created small project to build Rails app v5.2.2 with native extensions https://github.com/iamsimakov/rubyc-usage-example. There is README file which contains description how to prepare Rails App before packing. What do you think about it? If you think that this information could be useful to users rubyc can you improve Readme file of ruby-packer by copying some description from my repository?

I would be happy to merge a PR you build adding a "rubyc + Docker" section to the README of rubyc.
