I guess this is due to the server being located in China. I'll use source forge in the future because they have global CDN. Thanks for reporting!

@pmq20 sourceforge is reported to have shipped malware alongside binaries in past so it would be better if you could use github releases (they must have some kind of API to do it programmatically) or any other static site hosting companies like surge.sh or netlify. Thanks :)
