Space dock popup does not update for Genesis Ship research

So, if you build the space dock and forget to build genesis ship, then it'll come up just offering to you to build probes. That's fine.

So you go to science, you buy genesis ship. 15 seconds until it comes in. Great.

Go back to the other window. Pop the popup. Wait a minute. ... nothing.

Close and open? You had it 45 seconds ago. The button just didn't update
