Suggestion: Update the wiki page for genetic decay to include the constraints.

From what I read in https://github.com/pmotschmann/Evolve/blob/master/src/main.js#L9911 You cannot trigger genetic decay in orbital decay or cataclysm scenarios. Nor with either lone_survivor or vax as the race.

It sure would have saved me a bunch of time wasted getting to negative days remaining on the decay timer https://pmotschmann.github.io/Evolve/wiki.html#mechanics-gameplay-genome_decay if I had known it was not possible.

Why would you try to hit genetic decay? It's a purely negative outcome with no rewards or feats.
