Minor bug: Research queue doesn't appear when first researched

When you research the Personal Assistant technology to unlock the research queue in each run, the queue doesn't appear until you reload the tab (by clicking on the Research tab, pressing 3, etc). It functions fine, you just can't see it - so if you research Personal Assistant, then click on a tech, it will be put into the queue even though the queue isn't visible.

I propose adding loadtab('mTabResearch'); here, but I'm not confident enough that that would work to make a PR.
