Minor UI Bug: Hell "Hire Mercenary" button tooltip doesn't update after clicking

Steps to reproduce: In the Hell Dimension, hovering over "hire mercenary" will display a price. Clicking on it and successfully hiring a mercenary will not update the price in the tooltip, though actual price increases, as can be seen in the other tabs and money deducted.

What should happen: Button tooltip price should update as it does for the "hire mercenary" button in the government or military tab. Behavior is inconsistent.
