Fixes for working with 2.72 / 8M Hardware

This currently does not work with the 2.72 / 8M hardware. Some fixes can be found here: http://www.seeedstudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=5128 due to the change in sector size.

Note that this has been changed to not depend on a modified SYS, but this is controlled by an #ifdef. There are still issues with the FFT functions, not sure why. Perhaps Memory?

Problems with FFT have been fixed by changing the .LDS files. This all seems to be working now. Perhaps you could update it or I could push the changes back if given rights.

Hi Cory, I no longer have a dso203, so I haven't pushed anything to the repository in a long time. I gave you push rights, so you can update it if you want/can.
