http://www.mpich.org/static/docs/v3.1/www3/MPI_Comm_dup_with_info.html says "Duplicates an existing communicator with all its cached information", which is copy-and-paste from http://www.mpich.org/static/docs/v3.1/www3/MPI_Comm_dup.html, which is wrong.

From MPI 3.0 page 239: MPI_COMM_DUP_WITH_INFO behaves exactly as MPI_COMM_DUP except that the info hints associated with the communicator comm are not duplicated in newcomm. The hints provided by the argument info are associated with the output communicator newcomm instead.
