Feature request: add Label component

The motivation is to be able to decorate the input with prefix / suffix elements (like icon before the text field or input clear button) and still be able to click on them to focus the input. Maybe it shouldn't go to uikit library but to kits instead. I'm open to implement this but I'd like to hear @bbohlender feedback before.
