MMDPhysics relies on a global UMD of Ammo

This is a problem, I think @drcmda has done some initial investigation into it, it'd be helpful if you could share what you've found?

I was looking for ammo on npm but all I find are wrappers around it, and they also use global umd. I would suggest we delete it until someone explains what this is, or until ammo appears to have a module.
