SSAO: Light Bounce & Bilateral Blur

Consider adding the following features to SSAOEffect:

  • Light bounce / SSGI. See https://github.com/vanruesc/postprocessing/issues/211#issuecomment-654678276.
  • Bilateral blur, preferably separable.
