Add Privacy Policy.

Hi, I'm Harry. I wanted to enquire if you had a privacy policy statement for your project. I checked the app and the repo here but couldn't find it. I assumed you didn't have one. I could create one for you if you wish.

Hi Harry, thanks for bringing this up! I haven't really thought about that, I have to admit. What would the policy entail? The app does't access the network or access any personal information, as far as I know.
