Offline App: Option to use a project directory

Be nice if you could have a "project directory" (Like with what you get when you export a project) or atleast have an option to export automatically without zip file, so you can use git to do version control. As, right now to get version control, you have to export the project, unzip the archive, and replace the old files of the repository with new ones.

Basically, when you go to create a project, it'd be nice if you could choose where it saves the project files.

(PS: Love this software btw, it's awesome!)
